PS166 partners with  Amazing Athletes to provide a wide range of enrichment programs for children after school. Programs take place at PS166. Amazing Athletes Sports & Education Programs is the leading educational sports program in the country, positively impacting over 250,000 children annually through sports and enrichment activities.

Amazing Athletes After School: Winter 2025 Pre-Registration Information

After School registration for the upcoming WINTER CYCLE (12/9/24 - 3/21/25) opens next Tuesday, November 19th at 8pm EST! Please click on these links to find our full Schedule of Offerings and associated Class Descriptions.

We run after school classes, Monday-Friday, as follows:

  • Early session: 2:40 - 4:20pm
  • Late session: 4:20 - 5:40pm
  • Extended session: 2:40 - 5:00pm
  • Double session: 2:40 - 5:40pm

**Our final dismissal runs from 5:40-6pm. All students must be picked up from PS 166 by 6pm (no later)!

Payment: You will have the following payment options:

  1. Recurring Payments -- tuition split into monthly amounts, billed automatically on the first of the month (i.e. Dec 1st - first tuition payment, Jan 1st - second, etc.)
  2. Session Payments -- full cycle upfront tuition (due on December 15th).  

Please find our class pricing below. Prices are per class, per child for the fall cycle.

  • Study Time - $315
  • Standard Classes - $390
  • Extended Classes - $450
  • Double Session - $585

Registration Fees:

  • There will be a one-time Fall Cycle registration fee of $25 for enrollment in any of our Amazing Athletes classes.
  • Brand New Technology Class *Coding with AI Chatbot* has a registration fee of $30 for the additional hardware and software licensing costs.
  • 3rd Party Providers require their own, separate registration fee.

TGA (Golf + Tennis) - $30

SPARK (Art) - $50

SNAPOLOGY (Legos + SuperStructures) - $25

KENNEBEC KICKS (Run Club) - $35

Discount: For late session Amazing Athletes classes, we apply a 45% discount.

*This discount does not apply to any 3rd party classes or private music lessons, nor to any class that follows a 3rd-party class or private music lesson.

Under section 'Parents/Guardians/Caretakers/Emergency Contacts', please add all adults who are approved to pick up your child(ren). This will ensure there are no delays in our dismissal process.

 

Scholarship: If you are in need of financial assistance, you may apply for our scholarship. Scholarship amounts from the Fall do not necessarily carry over to the Winter. Kindly submit an application, even if you completed one for Fall. Please be aware, scholarships do not apply to enrollments in private music lessons or in 3rd party classes (TGA, Spark, Snapology, or Kicks). You should enroll your child/ren once registration opens, so you do not miss out on a preferred class.
